Convenient amenities like an electronic key card, a work desk, and satellite TV are found in the standard king room. The location here is incredible, it's easy to get to Trevi fountain and everywhere else 🌟.

Had reasonably priced standard room with a balcony and wake-up service was available in it.

The location in a downtown area was perfect and there were a market and shops nearby. Decent and efficient staff in particular the receptionists, thanks to them everything was absolutely great. We ate at a good restaurant with Roman cuisine and sites.

Roof top rest / sun area needs some work. Bathroom shower head/fixture for shower broken and had to improvise to get it steady. also always seemed to leak from bath unto floor no matter what way you managed to try and direct the shower head

We were there twice: 3 nights first and 1 night before returning to Argentina. The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from everything there is to see in Rome. The staff is very friendly, they even speak English and Spanish . The rooms are spacious and comfortable and have plenty of storage space. They are generous with the amenities. The bedding and towels are of good quality. Some bathrooms have a small shower stall. Complimentary tea/coffee is available in the room and is replenished daily. The room where we stay the second time has a terrace with a nice view, which gives it extra space. . The place for breakfast is very pleasant with an Italian tavern style atmosphere that makes it a very nice place to be. The breakfast is excellent, varied and complete. They offer eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, some vegetables, cereals and yogurt, varieties of breads and cakes. Tea, coffee, chocolate. I would come back without hesitation.
There are some missing plugs in the rooms. In general the whole hotel lacks some maintenance. room with the terrace on the top floor is very nice, it has the disadvantage that you have to go up 1 floor by the stairs and there is not always someone to help you with your bags. room lacks maintenance in the bathroom (broken mirror, clogged drains) and beds make some noise.

I had a really good stay during our touring holiday. We were given a compact room with a nice-sized terrace and slippers. - the staff were service-oriented and responsive.

The hotel had a very convenient location to many of the primary tourist sites. The breakfasts were excellent, with plenty of variety. The a/c units were very effective.
This hotel is fundamentally a good one, but needs a makeover - while it is nicely designed inside, the carpets and bed coverings are now just old. I was just surprised how worn the carpets in the halls looked, and the bed covers were faded. The bathroom in our unit also had shower tiles that looked like they were about to fall out, and emitted a low level sulphur smell from somewhere.

It's a great location. From Termini Station (where the trains and buses from the airport come) you can reach the hotel in 10-15 minutes by bus 40, 64 (the stop is almost opposite the hotel). The hotel is close to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Campo di Fiore. There is a small fridge. Breakfast is paid separately, it's good to have a choice. Breakfast isn't bad, but it's monotonous.
Room for one, very small and stuffy if you open the window quite noisy. It is inconvenient that there is no coat hanger near the door. No kettle. The number's shabby. It's okay to stop for a couple of days, but if you want something fresher and prettier for longer.

Location, proximity of attractions, proximity of TAXI stand. Staff are very friendly, AC is Good , Water flow and WC is Very good
The extra blanket had a smile of long keeping , the room was a bit noisy as the window was on the main street, the elevator is very small, and a bit slow.
